Apparently, the concept of a 'sub in a tub' isn’t as widely known as I imagined. If you are familiar with the chain restaurant "Jersey Mike's,” they are very popular for their authentic-style sub sandwiches but also have an option to skip the bread and get the sub in a “tub” aka bowl. Even though I don’t have anything against bread anymore, the sub in a tub absolutely slaps and has been my go-to lately because it is so good, super filling, and a great high-protein option!

OMFG — Jessa freaking Hastings is on So Into That this week!!!!! Jessa is the brilliant author of the Magnolia Parks book series, and whether or not you’ve read them, I know you’ll love getting to know her and hearing about her path to mega-book-fame.
